What is Invitation To View?

It is a group of 42 properties in East Anglia who work as a co-operative, opening their houses and gardens to the public. This scheme is unique in Britain - probably the world - because most other smaller houses only open for established groups like history societies or Women’s Institutes.

The scheme receives no government or local authority hand-outs, and organises itself through a voluntary committee and paid administrator. Invitation to View has a cult following in Suffolk after eight years and this year has spread into Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

For further information on other houses that are open to the public in this scheme, please ring Invitation to View on 01284 827087 or visit their website www.invitationtoview.co.uk
